Foot are an essential part of our body which helps in moving from one place to another. Even though we don’t understand its importance, it plays a major role in providing us overall health and happiness. There can be pain while running or walking, toe numbness or very intense pain in the ball of the foot. This pain can be relieved by elevating your foot or doing cold compression.

Athlete’s foot: it is a fungal infection which is highly transmissible due to increased dampness. You can get infected by exposing your leg to fungus. There can be peeling, inching and cracking in the affected areas.

It is essential to diagnose and differentiate the different foot disorders and get appropriate treatment before they form many other complications. Disorders which can be prevented should be prevented by proper management.
